Sales Executive

Experience: 0–3 years
Qualification: Graduate in any field
Key Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential property buyers

  • Provide clients with property details and conduct site visits

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

  • Stay updated with market trends and competitors

Preferred: Knowledge of Gurgaon’s real estate market and experience with CRM tools

Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 0–2 years
Qualification: 12th pass or graduate
Key Skills: Fluency in English & Hindi, persuasive speaking, basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads from the database

  • Pitch properties and services offered by the company

  • Schedule site visits and follow up with clients regularly

  • Update client information and call status in CRM

  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handling

Preferred: Prior experience in telecalling or real estate lead generation

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert leads through field sales and networking

  • Conduct client meetings and site visits

Qualification: MBA in HR or related field

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various departments

  • Design employee engagement and retention programs

  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws

  • Conduct performance reviews and assist with training and development

  • Support management in organizational planning and team structuring

Preferred:
Experience in real estate industry, knowledge of HRMS tools, and familiarity with Gurgaon’s talent market

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales team to generate quality leads

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

  • Create content and visual ideas for online and offline marketing

  • Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports

Preferred:
Real estate marketing experience, knowledge of Gurgaon market, and proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Canva
